Locations

We run activities along Dublin’s coastline. You can find us teaching SUP and running summer camps in Howth or teaching wingfoiling in Dún Laoghaire. We also run classes on Dublin beaches, from our base at Clontarf. You can also drop into our shop in Clontarf for information and to browse everything watersports.

Detailed Directions

From Dublin Airport by Car and Bus Directions

To Pure Magic Clontarf:
Take M1 from Swords Rd/R132 and take the ramp to M50/City Centre. Take the City Centre exit from the N1. Use Collins Avenue and the Howth Road to 370 Clontarf Road.

To Dún Laoghaire:
Take the M1 to the M50 exit and follow the signs for Southbound. Take exit 16 on the M50 and follow the signs for Dún Laoghaire.

To Howth:
Follow the R132 and take the Chapel Road turn. Take Stockhole Lane, Baskin Ln, Malahide Rd/R107,  R123  and R106 (Coast Road) to R105 in Howth.

For buses and trains to Clontarf, Howth and Dún Laoghaire, the best way is to get a bus to the city centre and use the train or bus. Details in By Train/By Bus below

To Clontarf:
From the City Centre, take Amiens Street towards Fairview and follow on to Clontarf Road. We’re no 370.

To Howth:
Take the R105 along the coast. This will bring you all the way to Howth Village and Harbour.

To Dún Laoghaire:
Follow the coast road R118 via Blackrock for a scenic view. You can also use the N11 and exit at Ballybrack and follow the signs to the town.

To Clontarf:
Take the left lane for the City/Terminal. Turn right onto East Wall Road R131 and turn right onto Alfie Byrne Road. use the right lane to turn onto Clontarf Road.

To Dún Laoghaire:
Coming out of the port, take the first left on the roundabout, then take the next left onto the Coast Road R118, via Blackrock and follow until you reach the Harbour.

To Howth:
Turn right onto East Wall Road R131 and turn right onto Alfie Byrne Road. use the right lane to turn onto Clontarf Road. Follow the Howth Road R105 along the coast to Howth.

 

To Clontarf:
From Connolly Station take the train to Clontarf Station. Take the footbridge onto Clontarf Road and walk with the sea on your right. Pure Magic is 2km along the road. You can also get a bus; take the 130 from Talbot Street directly to Clontarf – stop no. 173 Dollymount Park. We’re only a few metres from the bus stop.

To Howth:
The DART goes directly to Howth Train Station. Take a DART from the city going north and get out at Howth.

To Dún Laoghaire:
Get a DART southbound from the city centre directly to Dún Laoghaire Train Station, which is right beside the Harbour.
