Returns & Exchanges
You can return your item within 14 days of placing your order and we will refund you or if you prefer you can exchange it for a different item. Return shipping is paid by the customer and shipping charges for exchange items apply and are due before an exchange item is being shipped.
How to return an item that you purchased online
For peace of mind we recommend to use a tracked/'signed for' delivery service. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags still in place. Please note that you need to notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send back the item/s. Returns that are made after 14 days will result in us not accepting the return/refund. Extended Exchange Policy for Christmas 2020, see above. This policy is for exchanges only. If you would like a refund, please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the order.

Gift Vouchers and Lesson Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
Wrong or faulty item?

Returns (in-store purchases)
If you have purchased your item in our Dublin store, you can return your item within 7 days of date of purchase in exchange for a different item in-store or for a credit note. We do not offer cash refunds for returns of in-store purchases. Exchanges/Credit Notes will be processed once we have made sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags still in place. Please note that items that are returned later than 7 days will result in us not accepting the return.
