Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Pure Magic reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Pure Magic does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Pure Magic is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
Hardware deliveries
Pure Magic wants to ensure you receive your item safely and securely. With this in mind we inspect all our boards before dispatch. We also ask you to inspect the packaging when the item arrives with the courier, before signing off the courier delivery. In the unlikely event of there being any damage please sign for the delivery and write 'damaged'.
If the packaging is damaged and the courier refuses to allow you to sign for the package as damaged, please take the time to unwrap and inspect the product prior to signing. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 15 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item.

The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer service team directly by phone or email, before making arrangements to return the products. Please provide images of the fault and the barcode of the item so that we can quickly agree next steps.
Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to enable your item arrives safely at Pure Magic. Pure Magic cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Upon inspection of returned product, Pure Magic will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Pure Magic reserves the right not to refund the item and have to send it back to you at your expense.

Ordering and Payment
To order products from our site all you need to do is click on the product you like and add it to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click the checkout button. If you have used our website before you can enter you email address and password and your previous details will be entered. If you are a new customer then you simply enter your details for the first time - no need to register. Once you have completed your address details you will be taken into the delivery screen, if there are any special comments that you would like to make about the delivery please include them here. Proceed to payment in order to confirm your order - check the items, payment method, billing and delivery address are correct then hit the 'PAY & CONFIRM' button if they are all correct. Please note that your details will be kept safe and secure and will not be given to any third parties (see our privacy policy for more details).
We accept the following debit/credit cards for payment: Master Card, Visa, Maestro and American Express. If you have a PayPal account you can use your account by clicking on the PayPal option.
Payment via card
Insert all your card details on the payment page. If your card uses the Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code scheme, you may need to enter your password to verify the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt number. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If there are problems with the payment please try another card. Please call us if your payment cannot be made although we cannot take telephone orders we can help you to understand what to do or who to contact.
Payment via PayPal Account
If you have a PayPal account you can insert your username and PayPal password and use your account as you normally would. Once you have completed the transaction you should click the return to merchant button which will take you back to the puremagic.ie website. You will receive two confirmation emails with your order number and receipt number. The emails will come from service@paypal.ie. If you do not receive notification please contact us ASAP. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If there are problems with the payment please try a debit or credit card or contact PayPal for assistance.
Promotional Coupons
If you have a valid promotional Coupon Code then you can enter it into the coupon code box on the payment page and your order will be discounted accordingly - please be sure to check the expiry date on the coupon as they often run for a limited time period. They will sometime only be available on certain brands or products categories, so please check the items you have chosen are eligible for the discount. If you have any problems with the promotional coupon please email our customer service team using this form.

Cancelling your order
If your order has not started being processed by our warehouse, you can contact us immediately so that we will be advise you what to do. If our warehouse has started processing the order, we are unable to cancel it and we would advise that you return the item as soon as you receive it.
You have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund. The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
WILF Wing
The new AFS WILF is the latest generation of wingfoil wings design. Efficient and accessible, it’s suitable for all rider types (from beginners to experts).
Its compact and stable profile allows you to jibe without worrying about your wing and above all to surf without thinking about it. Indeed, the variable diameter of the leading edge brings maneuverability and a smaller footprint. A thicker leading edge in the center avoids any deformation of your WILF in high range or jumps. A thinner diameter at the ends allows the WING to “breathe” to optimize fluid flow.
The spinnaker tension has been maximized to obtain a wide range of use. This taut profile allows the generation of a constant force in order to go into lightwind. The hollow of the WING is marked by an additional panel between the batten and the spinnaker. This will give you a direct feeling and efficient pumping.
ROCKET WING ASC
F-ONE has put all its experience in foil and wingsurf designs to create the ideal board which will suit most of the wingfoil riders needs. With its compact length and light weight, the board is responsive and ideally suited to cruising or surfing on a foil, a wing in your hands.

At 5’10 for 110L. the board has enough volume and width to make it possible for most riders to stand-up easily as well as making sure that riding back to the shore is possible, even when the wind drops. Its dimensions are ideal for an easy progression.
Using some straight rocker lines for an easy take-off and a wide tail outline for an optimized volume distribution, the ROCKET WING ASC features a sharp beveled rail profile to make the release easier during take-off and the touch-down smoother when the board hits the water again. In other words, you will be up and flying in no time and you won’t be unsettled when occasionally hitting the water.
The ROCKET WING ASC is equipped with a recessed handle for easy carrying, a full pad for comfort and with the twin track system on the bottom to connect with most foils on the market (4-bolt plate system). It is built around a light core made of eps foam injected into a specific mold carved to its own shape. This core is then laminated with fiberglass and epoxy resin into another mold and wrapped inside a protective shield skin. This shield, made of polymer, is both ultra-thin and very durable.

The Gravity has its dimensions optimized to provide enough lift to get anyone flying. We made sure to keep the drag limited to maintain a thrilling feeling of glide. The span is generous making it a very stable foil and the refined shape details such as the arch curvature, the profile and the wing tips insure it remains highly maneuverable.
The wing is covered using a thin but strong protective layer to protect it from scratches and digs. It is built in fiberglass around an injected foam core and fits on a streamlined, aluminum fuselage. The two connect via a large, solid plate at the front of the fuselage ensuring a very solid and stiff bond between the wing and the fuselage. The fuselage can be connected to the standard F-ONE aluminium mast of the desired length. The setup and disassembly are also super easy and the whole is very travel friendly.
The Gravity comes with the IC6 300 stab. This stabilizer offers easy take-off and good directional stability for a secure feel which is perfect when riding. Built using the IC6 technology it is both strong and durable
FOIL GRAVITY 1800 FCT
The Gravity FCT comes from the heritage of F-Ones bestselling Gravity foil line but thanks to the fiberglass construction built around an injected foam core it meets the budget friendly end of the market. The feel on the water is similar the high end carbon construction but without some of the high end performance characteristics.
The FCT Foil comes as a Front Wing + Stabiliser +Fuselage Pack. You can add any Alu Mast with it and a Mast Top Plate or Tuttle Box ( ask us if you are confused!)

ALU MAST
The F-ONE aluminium mast can be used for all disciplines, kite, surf, stand up paddle and windsurf. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminium block. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another. A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).
MAST TOP PLATE
The Mast Top Plate enables to connect the F-ONE aluminium masts to all boards featuring a twin track system (the lateral spacing between the tracks must be 90mm). It is made of aluminium 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized.
To connect the Mast Top Plate to the mast, slide the mast into the sleeve of the Top Plate and fasten using two M6x25mm tapered head screws. To connect the plate to the board, slide the F-ONE T-nuts into the tracks and fasten the plate using M6 tapered head screws. (25mm for bamboo and carbon bamboo boards – 16mm for Topsheet construction boards).
