Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Pure Magic reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Pure Magic does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Pure Magic is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

Hardware deliveries
Pure Magic wants to ensure you receive your item safely and securely. With this in mind we inspect all our boards before dispatch. We also ask you to inspect the packaging when the item arrives with the courier, before signing off the courier delivery. In the unlikely event of there being any damage please sign for the delivery and write 'damaged'.
If the packaging is damaged and the courier refuses to allow you to sign for the package as damaged, please take the time to unwrap and inspect the product prior to signing. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer service team directly by phone or email, before making arrangements to return the products. Please provide images of the fault and the barcode of the item so that we can quickly agree next steps.  Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to enable your item arrives safely at Pure Magic. Pure Magic cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.  Upon inspection of returned product, Pure Magic will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Pure Magic reserves the right not to refund the item and have to send it back to you at your expense.   If you have received an item that is faulty or received incorrectly, please contact our Customer Services Team by phone or email.

Ordering and Payment
 To order products from our site all you need to do is click on the product you like and add it to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click the checkout button. If you have used our website before you can enter you email address and password and your previous details will be entered. If you are a new customer then you simply enter your details for the first time - no need to register. Once you have completed your address details you will be taken into the delivery screen, if there are any special comments that you would like to make about the delivery please include them here. Proceed to payment in order to confirm your order - check the items, payment method, billing and delivery address are correct then hit the 'PAY & CONFIRM' button if they are all correct. Please note that your details will be kept safe and secure and will not be given to any third parties (see our privacy policy for more details).

 We accept the following debit/credit cards for payment: Master Card, Visa, Maestro and American Express. If you have a PayPal account you can use your account by clicking on the PayPal option.

Payment via card

 Insert all your card details on the payment page. If your card uses the Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code scheme, you may need to enter your password to verify the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt number. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If there are problems with the payment please try another card. Please call us if your payment cannot be made although we cannot take telephone orders we can help you to understand what to do or who to contact.
Payment via PayPal Account If you have a PayPal account you can insert your username and PayPal password and use your account as you normally would. Once you have completed the transaction you should click the return to merchant button which will take you back to the puremagic.ie website. You will receive two confirmation emails with your order number and receipt number. The emails will come from service@paypal.ie. If you do not receive notification please contact us ASAP. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If there are problems with the payment please try a debit or credit card or contact PayPal for assistance.

Promotional Coupons 

If you have a valid promotional Coupon Code then you can enter it into the coupon code box on the payment page and your order will be discounted accordingly - please be sure to check the expiry date on the coupon as they often run for a limited time period. They will sometime only be available on certain brands or products categories, so please check the items you have chosen are eligible for the discount. Unless we decide to put an option to pay directly with a gift voucher but we would need to change our way to do so! And give a number for each voucher sold.
Cancelling your order If your order has not started being processed by our warehouse, you can contact us immediately so that we will be advise you what to do. If our warehouse has started processing the order, we are unable to cancel it and we would advise that you return the item as soon as you receive it.
You have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund. The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

Featuring a new and revolutionary design as well as F-ONE’s latest technologies and materials, this CWC V3 will let you show off your wing foiling skills in full confidence on any lightwind day. •Patented compactdesign provides maximum powerwith impressive maneuverability.•Smaller wingspan bringsefficient pumpingand maintains the wingtips away from the surface of the water.•A small diameter center strut allows these large surfaces to keep a record weight.•Its perfect balancefacilitates the creation of apparent wind, while increasing its high endcapacities.•New HITEX and NANO forincreased durability.For this CWC V3, we have worked on three areas: the materials, the placement of these materials and the design to improve performance and durability.MATERIALSThe airframe of the STRIKE CWCV3 is made of HITEX 158g and 178g. This brand-new high tenacity polyester exclusive to F-ONE offers great resistance to elongation and therefore greater durability and performances. The central strut is thinner in diameter thanks to the HITEX 158g and its independent valve that allows for a better control of its pressure. Its longitudinal reinforcements help command its shape and resistance. The two central segments of the leading edge on each side of the strut are made of HITEX 178g, while the remaining segmentsare in 158g. Both materials are perfectly distributed to account for the different tensions, high pressures, and weight distribution in this area.Since the beginning, we have also kept a thin leading edge diameter at the wingtips, bringing agility, comfort and glide, but also lightness and less inertia.Finally, the CWC V3features our new NANO canopy. This innovative micro ripstop polyester in 55g is used on the entire canopy of the wing. It benefits from a NANO coating and a Plasma treatment process that brings an increased rigidity, resistance to elongation and tears, anddurability. With optimized materials and design, this wing remains light and comfortable. WING DESIGNThrough Sail Engineering, we have conceived a completely new design; everything has been precisely thought-out to adapt the wing’s shape to the tensions and new materials. Every panel on the CWC V3 is precisely laid to carry a specific load. The front ofthe wing combines horizontal panels separated by a vertical seam from the innovative radial center panels, which are mapped to accurately follow every load trajectory. The trailing edge is controlled by a vertical panel. Small radial cuts are also implemented on the wingtips and on the back of the strut to spread tensions. Aligning the fibre exactly along the load paths means that stretch can be controlled to a never-before-seen level on a wing. Thanks to this precise load management, the wind range of the STRIKE CWC is extended and the range of wind strengths where the wing feels perfect is greater than ever before.

With our staggered seams, the fabric and its seams work better to keep a smooth and efficient profile and the flying shape of the wing never deforms under load. The control of the profile is idealand its stability is excellent, allowing everyone to ride fully balanced on both arms and in total comfort.The new trailing edge tensions and radial cuts have brought incredible performance and control. Located on the back of the strut, our innovative Load Diffuser made of overlapping panels of hard Mylar and Dacron further helps maintaining the profile sleek and efficient, leading to the ultimate stability, performances, and longevity. Every reinforcement on this wing has been reviewed to ensure durability and to save weight.HANDLESTo further improve and optimize the rider’s control of the wing, we have rigidified our handles while keeping our original, lighter construction that doesn’t include any hard parts that could damage your wing, ding your board, or hit yourself. Our grippy, ergonomic and comfortable handles allow for some flexibility so your wrist is always in line with your arm. This also gave us the opportunity to design the strut just as we liked. The front of it goes down straight away on your front hand before going up into the wing’s profile near your back hand. Our Compact Wing Concept (CWC) patent allows adding more surface into a given wingspan without compromising lightness and performances.
